Indemnity

Security

Any passwords used for this site are for individual use only. You will be responsible for the security of your password (if any). Success Copilot Inc. will be entitled to monitor your password and, at its discretion, require you to change it. If you use a password that Success Copilot Inc. considers insecure, Success Copilot Inc. will be entitled to require the password to be changed and/or terminate your account.

You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this site to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g., password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you become involved in any violation of system security, Success Copilot Inc. reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. Success Copilot Inc. reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Use.

Success Copilot Inc. reserves the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Success Copilot Inc. to disclose the identity of anyone posting any e-mail messages, or publishing or otherwise making available any materials that are believed to violate these Terms of Use.

I understand Success Copilot Inc is a product and marketing driven company designed to facilitate person to person direct sales in both online and offline markets. The packages marketed by Success Copilot are the iPAS product suites. The Success Copilot Inc. marketing system(s) such as iPAS also provide(s) integration to other online sales systems as well as providing the ability for affiliates of iPAS to brand themselves and to market other products and services in addition to the iPAS product, using the iPAS system.

I understand that because the affiliate opportunity is entirely separate from the iPAS product and that Success Copilot is a product and marketing driven company I agree not to represent the Success Copilot solely as an opportunity. Success Copilot Inc does not sell franchise opportunities or securities, nor do we have any affiliation with companies that do. I agree that any IPAS products I purchase are for personal use or to market separately for even greater individual profits or to give away as incentive or other bonuses as I see fit (as provided by the creator and allowed by the IPAS Product Purchase Agreement). I.e. I intend to use what I purchase. I also agree to abide by the terms of the IPAS product purchase agreement, terms and conditions, policies and procedures and any and all agreements.

In addition to the subscription to the IPAS Marketing System and Business Center Back Office, if I do purchase an IPAS package, I have 3 days following being given access to the package to return it. After this period has passed, refunds will not be granted. Additionally, if I am using a credit or debit card to purchase any of the IPAS products or the IPAS Marketing System and Business Center, I understand after this period, it would represent a breach of contract and would be fraudulent for me to attempt to chargeback these purchase funds through my payment processor or my credit card company and hereby request that the processor and my credit card company not allow any charge backs related to this purchase transaction. I understand after the 3 day review period has passed, I have accepted the product purchased and cannot claim not to have received what I paid for. I understand that by doing so, I am committing credit card fraud.

All products will be delivered as represented. Moreover, Success Copilot Inc cannot guarantee that success in any business will come from the training in the iPAS products. Any assumptions or statements that may have been made regarding income forecasting or statements regarding guaranteed income are hereby declared null and void as per this disclosure. Success Copilot Inc does not, at any time, imply or insinuate that a client is guaranteed to make any make any amount of profit from a particular form of campaign learned from iPAS. Specific marketing results can never be guaranteed or predicted with absolute certainty, therefore, the purchase of any marketing is not an investment, but rather a payment for goods/services received.

Income Claims: Success Copilot, Inc. makes no income guarantee whatsoever. All income claims, earnings, and testimonies are completely factual and can be proven. While we always have our affiliates and our customers' best interest in mind, even our own marketing campaigns vary. iPAS is not to be considered a "get rich quick scheme" or a "sit back, do nothing, and make money" opportunity. iPAS is not a business opportunity to recruit other affiliates for a commission. iPAS is STRICTLY an educational product.

Success Copilot will never share or distribute private personal information such as Tax ID/Social Security Numbers. Such information is solely collected for tax purposes and only issued to the IRS for reporting purposes.

By using the websites provided by iPAS and any products associated with iPAS and Success Copilot, you are agreeing to the full terms and disclosures located at the bottom of all Success Copilot websites.
